As the president of a modest sized Homeowner's Association, it became my job to make repairs, adjustments and modifications to correct elements of the neighborhood that weren't done properly by the developer.

The most drastic problem encountered by the residents was ... standing water. After several days, the water would sour and the odor was repulsive. On top of that, mosquitoes would swarm.

We used Advantage Drainage a few years ago to solve a drainage problem we had in our backyard. After having some remodeling work done on our home, we had water accumulate on our patio everytime it rained.

Advantage Drainage enlarged a drain we already had and installed a drain from the backyard to our front and onto the street. They did an excellent job. Where the drain was dug, they replaced the grass and yard looked as good as new. We have not had any further problems. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.
